Ice Cream Cakes must be stored in the freezer.

Take your cake from the freezer about 10-15 minutes before you are ready to present it.

In the time it takes to sing Happy Birthday, blow out the candles and take a few pictures, it will be ready to serve (about 15-20 minutes altogether).

If your cake is still a bit hard simply dip your knife in a cup of hot water.

TIP - Your cake will go further and is a lot easier for little ones to manage if you serve it into Ice Cream Cones - adults seem to love it this way too.

* Note that the dimensions of box sizes that cakes are presented in are as follows:

1.3 litre, 2.0 litre and 3 litre cakes - boxes are approximately 29cm x 29cm x 10cm (depth).

3.5 litre. 4.0 litre, 4.5 litre, 5.0 litre, 7.5 litre and all novelty/character shaped cakes - boxes are approximately 39cm x 39cm x 10cm (depth).
