Storage and Serving

Ice Cream Cakes must be stored in the freezer.

Take your cake from the freezer about 15-20 minutes before you are ready to present it.

In the time it takes to sing Happy Birthday, blow out the candles and take a few pictures, it will be ready to serve (about 20-30 minutes altogether).

If your cake is still a bit hard simply dip your knife in a cup of hot water.


TIP - Your cake will go further and is a lot easier for little ones to manage if you serve it into Ice Cream Cones - adults seem to love it this way too.
