Welcome to the Birthday Cake Shop's Birthday Club membership registration page! Simply enter your details below. You will then be sent a confirmation email with a verification link.

Our site administrator will then approve your membership and send you an email containing a voucher code for your free ice cream to be collected within 7 days of your birthday.
