We commit to using only all natural products (no artificial colours or artificial flavours) and the use of only the freshest ingredients in our ice cream cakes. We make all the ice cream cakes ourselves from our own traditionial recipes, so we know exactly what ingredients are in every cake.

All the ice cream (Except for Chocolate and Vanilla) that we produce is free of egg products and by-products.

Our ice cream and sorbets are Gluten , GM, Wheat, Yeast and Gelatin FREE.

Our factory is also nut free and our ice cream contains no nut products.

Our sorbets are 99% fat free, lactose and egg free. We use real fruits and flavours in our ice cream it carries a substantially less fat content than ‘mass’ produced ice cream!

If you have any other special dietry needs, you can specify them on the order form when you order an ice cream cake.
